An Ezperimental Study on Direct Radiant Floor Heating System with DSHP using R22 Flow

A new kind of radiant floor heating system with Digital Scroll Air Source Heat Pump (DSHP) using refrigerant flow as directly heating medium was studied in this paper. The performance of DSHP and indoor thermal environment were investigated by experiments. The results show that the preheating time of this directly heating system with DSHP was shortly at 80min. During the continuous heating, the heating parameters of DSHP varied periodically, the temperature difference between inlet and outlet of R22 flow kept stable at 14.5℃. The floor slab temperature and indoor air temperature could be maintained at 26.5℃, 21.8℃ individually under the weather condition of Zhengzhou, which well met the requirements of indoor thermal comfort. Besides, the results indicated that the thermal insulation performance of building envelopes, windowwall ratio and pipe interval were important influencing factors of radiant floor heating system. The hourly power consumption was 1.45 kWh and HPPF was 2.76 during continuous heating experiment. Through comparative performance evaluation of different domestic heating system, this system shows great energy efficiency and competitive economic performance, especially in the individual domestic heating system. The results could be used as design and operation reference of the radiant floor directly heating system with DSHP.
