Design of Solar Heat Pump Combined Drying Device and Test of the Drying Performance of Aquatic Products
A combined drying device is designed assisted by twostage heat pump and solar energy aiming to improve the quality of aquatic products drying and reduce energy consumption in the process. Firstly, according to characteristics and requirements of aquatic product drying, coupling performance between solar heat collector and air source heat pump is theoretically analyzed and designed. Then, with the improvement of the device, drying experiments of aquatic product, tilapia, are conducted, indicating that the newly designed device functions well in temperature adjusting and controlling performance, and showing that drying time is closely related to energy consumption and drying conditions. Tilapia drying under variable temperature can achieve lower moister ratio than under constant temperature, which provides theoretical support to the design and processing of solar-heat-pump combined drying device.
