Energy Saving Analysis on Heat Recovery in Wheel System Based on Life Cycle Cost
Calculation model of the rotary heat recovery has been created and the total energy recovery has been calculated in the form of annual time chart. The rotary energy saving effects as well as the economical benefits in different areas have been analysed through calculation. The results indicate that the latent energy recovery in the Yangtse River drainage area is equivalent in both winter and summer. While in terms of whole heat recovery the latent energy recovery in winter is approximately twice as large as that in summer. Based on whole life cycle, the investment recovery periods of the rotary heat recovery are all less than 5 years in most areas in China.
