Simulation on Mutil-heat Sources Solar Heat Pump Used For Water and Residential Heating

A mutil-heat sources solar heat pump system used for water and residential heating (MS-SHP) was presented. The system used a special connecting mode to integrate solar collector and heat pump together. Based on the weather conditions, the system can operate on different operation modes by simple valve switching. The mathematical model of a designed system was established. The operation performances of water heating and residential heating on HP+SC mode (heat pump followed by solar collector) and SC+HP mode (solar collector followed by heat pump) were numerical simulated under assumed climatic conditions. Then the simulated results were analyzed and compared in detail. The factors which affected system performances such as solar irradiation and ambient temperature were also researched and analyzed. Meanwhile, on the basis of Nanjing in China, the monthly operation statuses were calculated too. The results can be used as guidance for system operation controlling, in order to save energy as much as possible.
