Inventory Analysis Model Improvement of Life Cycle Energy Upstream Phase
In the present study, previous conventional life cycle inventory model was improved, disregarding the iterative calculation of transportation and etc. of the high-level environmental factor in energy upstream phase, and an algorithm for the energy upstream was put forward. Life cycle inventory analysis of energy upstream, which includes energy consumption and environmental emission involving mining, production, transportation and distribution phases, built a firm foundation for not only energy downstream phase but also the whole life cycle assessment of the energy system. The results of life cycle inventory can therefore be traced back to the initiating terminal.
