Study on Preparation and Stability of Zinc Ferrite Nano-Particle Suspension of Ammonia Solution

摘要：

In order to apply nano-particles to the ammonia-water absorption refrigeration. Zinc ferrite nano-particles suspension of ammonia solution with the mixed surfactants SDBS and CTAB was prepared. A series of experiments were performed to investigates the stability of the prepared nano-fluid with different concentration and proportion of surfactants, ultrasonic wave vibration time and illumination time The optimal dispersing condition was 1.5wt％ SDBS, 0.015 wt％ CTAB, ultrasonic vibration for 30 minutes and illumination over 72 hours. Finally, based on double electrode layer theory, the influence of concentration of surfactant on the stability of nano-particles suspension of ammonia solution was analyzed. The existence of optimal surfactant concentration was explained in accordance with experimental result exactly.
