Application of the Flue Type of Variable Pressure and Check Valve in Kitchen Ventilation System
The flue has an important effect in improving the residential air quality, reducing pollution and improving the kitchen indoor sanitary conditions. There is also a significant way of improving indoor air quality. Right now, the flue type of variable pressure and check valve are widely used in kitchen ventilation systems. The type of variable pressure is trying to reduce the flue at the entrance section of users. The main airflow is accelerating and the static pressure declining in the formation of partial vacuum. So that the airflow going upward. It is facilitated for the exclusion of waste fumes and the greatest degree of exclusion to prevent the string of cigarettes. Compared with other forms, this type increases the capacity of flue pumping. The type of check valve is retro-set a check valve which prevent the backward of flow with the function of kitchen ventilator. So that the flue gas move to one direction, and the problem about the string of the cigarettes is solved. Compared with other forms, it is a simpler and more effective type. The paper, by introducing the principle and application of the flue type of variable pressure and check valve, analyze the general problem and solutions in the kitchen ventilation system.
