On the Impact and Measures of the Establishment of R&D Centre in Zhejiang by Transnational Corporations

摘要：

For the improvement of independent innovation ability, Zhejiang should establish the system with the enterprises as participants, direction of market, combination of study and research and meanwhile consider the role of the establishment of research and development (R&D) centre by transnational corporations (TNCs). Recently, more and more TNCs have established R&D centers in Zhejiang, the reason of which is the economic globalization and the need of strategic competition of TNCs themselves. This will produce an effect on Zhejiang technological innovation and talent strategy. As such, Zhejiang should adopt pertinent measures to attract more TNCs to make R&D investments.
