Quantitative Analysis and Evaluation of Overall Development of Urban and Rural Areas in Heilongjiang

摘要：

The paper established the evaluation index system of overall development of urban and rural areas and analyzed the level of overall development of urban and rural areas in Heilongjiang by using AHP method. The result is the gap between urban and rural areas is still so big weather from the process and result index or from economic and social index, so on the base of quantitative analysis, the paper put up the countermeasures of overall development of urban and rural areas, that was to integrate system of national income assignment, resources configuration, investment and rural finance to make overall development of urban and rural areas.
