Study on the Stability of Enterprise Technology Innovation Alliance

摘要：

Enterprise technology innovation alliance is an important organization to get technology for enterprises. But the instability of enterprise technology innovation alliance often occurs. This paper the paper constructs a model of differential equation to analyze the stability of enterprise technology innovation alliance under the alliance members flexibility in decision and the uncertainty of benefit. In particular, the paper analyzes the condition of the member to quit technology innovation alliance by quantitative model. Then the paper proposes that the members waiting behavior in decision and the uncertainty of benefit can promote the stability of enterprise technology innovation alliance. In addition, the lack of specific investment can lead to alliances instability because the alliances contract is incomplete.
