Promotion of Virtual Teams Performance Based on Factor Analysis
To meet the increasingly complex competitive environment, many companies adapted a new form of organization -the virtual team. Virtual teams goal are to as a link to the different geographical talents within the organization for the successful completion of the project, to achieve these goals a good foundation must be laid. Goals laid a good foundation, but in the actual operation of virtual teams often can not achieve the desired performance results. The paper analyzes the impact of virtual teams performance, and makes corresponding countermeasures on the basis of that. It not only has a certain theoretical significance, but also has a guiding role for the enterprise.
