Application of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation in Bidding Risk Assessment on International Project
Emphasizing the research of bidding decision-making and improving the risk management level could have an important role of strengthening the enterprise competitive capacity in international project contract. Based on fuzzy mathematics theory, this paper applies the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in bidding risk assessment on international project. According to the actual situation of international project bidding, firstly established a multi-level bidding risk assessment system. And then used analytical hierarchy process to define the relative weights of evaluation factors, lastly dealt with the result of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and obtain its risk grade, based on the safety grade. The results indicate that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is feasible and effective, and could be widely used in risk assessment.
