Research on the New Performance Evaluation Indicator System in Enterprise Level

摘要：

Performance management is a key process in the enterprise operation, especially, when this new round of financial crisis occurred, almost every enterprise is increasing pay attention to performance management. Through reaching on the SMART system and making an innovation in integrating the enterprise life cycle. Then this paper put forward a new performance evaluation indicator system. This paper also uses the principal component analysis and test of independence to inspect the reasonableness and scientificalness of the indicator system. At last, this paper draws a indicator system which suitable the environmental uncertainty
