The Longitudinal Case Study on the Critical Success Factors of CMCs ERP Implementation

摘要：

Based on literature review of the latest study of critical success factors in ERP implementation at home and abroad, this thesis selects the perspective of process to analyse the CSFs in the course of ERP implementation in China Minmetals Corporation (CMC), by adopting the longitudinal case study methods. The study finds that the most CSFs are to be supported, at the same time it reveals the new success factors. Thus, it verifies and extends the existing research results.
