The Deconstruction and Reconstruction of Enterprise Management Information System

摘要：

Comparing the old system and the new system, the paper reveals some defects which exist in traditional management information systems, such as having the isolated and single function, can not to integrate and share information resources, too many management levels, too difficult to play too many support and decision-making functions. At the same time, modern management information system should play a role in the following areas: to expand the links between management tools, to improve result for the integrated information, the promotion of business process reengineering, rapid response to the demand of enterprise customers and so on. Finally, the article provides some steps for guiding to build a modern management information system.
