Performance Evaluation of Service Innovation Strategy Implementation in Enterprise Based on BSC

The paper first defines the connotation of enterprise service innovation strategy, then analyses the feasibility of using Balanced Scorecard (BSC) in service innovation strategy. It believes BSC theory and the implementation process of service innovation strategy have relationship, and causal links. After that, the paper builds a service innovation strategy model of service industries based on the four dimensions of finance, customer, internal business process, learning and growth. Finally, it sets up a multi-level service innovation strategy evaluation system, which can provide advice for the enterprise to implement service innovation strategy.
