Analysis on Corporate Strategy Commitment Based on Game Theory

摘要：

Strategic commitment has a broad application in the strategic management. Based on game theory, the author analyses the essence of strategic commitment, makes the basic elements that must be met as a successful commitment, and explores the formation mechanism and the operating principle of strategic commitment to the two kinds of situations——complete information and incomplete information game. Finally, analyses the effectiveness of strategic commitments through a basic model of the strategic commitment to signaling game.
