Performance Evaluation Indez System of R&D Personnel in Small and Medium-sized Software Enterprises
With Chinas economic development, small and mediumsized software enterprises in China have developed rapidly. How to make use of performance evaluation to enhance the core competitiveness of small and mediumsized software enterprises have now become the important issues. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of research and development personnel, combined with the actual, selection of the work performance, work ability and work attitude as evaluation indexes of research and development personnel and the use of AHP to determine weights. The author expects that this paper can supply small and medium-sized software enterprises of China with some helpful methods and details reference of performance evaluation system.
