Study on the Ezternal Values of Solar Building

摘要：

In order to carry out effective analysis of the external values (commonly referred to as positive externalities) of solar building, first of all, through using the externality theories as basis for further study and analysis, this paper defines the external values of solar building, and then establishes formulas which calculate one of these external values of solar building. And through integrating these formulas, this paper establishes the calculation model of external values of solar building, and finally carries out a brief study on the related incentive policies which are based on the analysis of external values of solar building.
