Research on Accelerated Factors of Showing Process of Knowledge-based Initial Job-seekers Human Resource Value
In this article, we combined with the reality that the knowledge-based initial job-seekers are facing in the process of employment, put forth the six-stage model of showing process of knowledge-based initial job-seekers human resource value and summarized general characteristics of showing process of the groups human resource value under the background of employment problem. In addition, the author researched and analyzed accelerated factors which influence duration of each stage emphatically in order to sum up the growth law of knowledge-based initial job seekers in the initial period of employment.
