Inspection of Chinas Marine Talents DevelopmentPolicy in Marine Economy Era

摘要：

Talents are the cornerstone for the development of the marine cause. China is a large marine country, and the development of marine talents is extremely important. Based on the talent strategies in the marine field, this paper systematically combs the domestic and foreign modes in defining Marine Talents, and applies the logic and perspective of the human resources management to scientifically define the concept of Marine Talents; moreover, starting from the significance and contents of talent strategies, this paper also analyzes the problems in the operation of Chinas marine talents development policy, puts forward new routes and new ideas for constructing Chinas marine talents development policies, and systematically discusses the talents development strategies in the marine field.
