The Potential Evaluation of New Technology Industrialization Based on the Evaluation of the Effects of Technical Environmental

摘要：

This paper introduces a new technology and the effects and meaning of the evaluation of technical environment, describes the research achievements in the potential of new technology industrialization of the domestic and overseas scholars, and points out the insufficiencies of that. Based on the existing research results, I use AHP to build the assessment indicator system and multi-level comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model from the angle of the environment effects the technology bring about.
