An Empirical Approach to the Structural Effects of the College Students Innovative Consciousness

A model of structural relationships among college students consciousness, behavior and performance in innovation was constructed. Using a questionnaire data, it has revealed that the students active innovative consciousness, promoted by their riskpreferring consciousness and technical concern consciousness, has a positive impact on their technical service behavior, practice-simulating behavior and academic research behavior. And these innovative behaviors finally increase the performance of the students technology research and technology race. The results are valuable for the implementation of the innovation strategy in college education.
