Research of Three Network Scoring Function
We calculate the quality (score) of the networks to find the best network. In this paper, three scoring functions are employed, namely Log-Likelihood, Minimum description length (MDL), and Bayesian (BDE) scores. The Log-Likelihood method measures the likelihood of the network given the available data. The MDL also uses likelihood of the network but it includes the measure of the networks complexity. The Bayesian score involves the calculation of the probability of a network given the data.
