DEA-Based Research for Input and Output of Enterprise Informationization
This paper introduces the concept of Enterprise Informationization Capability Maturity Model (EICMM), establishes comparative scientific index system for each level on the base of classification and evaluation for capability maturity and creates benchmark enterprises database through selecting investment effective enterprises of the same scale, which helps to build up the DEA valid model for input and output of informationization of sample enterprise. Through the model operation, we are able to obtain the deviation data, and consequently evaluate the input-output level and efficiency of the sample enterprise exactly, find out weak link of enterprise during informatization construction, determine in which aspects we should invest more and in which aspects we should invest less and adjust input-output performance ratio. The proposed objectives are to realize reasonable allocation of resources, avoid blind investment in informationization and enhance the output benefit and the return of the investment during construction of enterprise informatization.
