Thoughts on Developing Modern Logistics in Yunnan Tobacco Industry

摘要：

This paper proposed the advantages and opportunities, as well as the existence of its own weaknesses and threats in developing Yunnan tobacco industry. The method used in this paper is known as SWOT analysis. It considered that modern logistics system must be built in Yunnan tobacco industry to enhance their competitive power. It reaches the conclusions of establishing the logistics network, realizing the integration of supply chain, improving the level of logistics standardization and constructing logistics personnel.
