Research on Food Security Risk Early Warning Under Supply Chain Environment

摘要：

This article made research on the early warning of food quality security from the food supply chain perspective. The article mainly used the BP neural network method to establish the early warning model of food quality safety, and took the soybean as the example to carry on the simulation testing to the model. The forecast value of model is almost consistent with the value of the actual observed. The result confirmed the model serviceability and the feasibility. Then food early warning model will be extended to apply on the whole food supply chain. This will provides certain theory basis for the government decision-making and the profession supervision.
