Retailers Price and Service as Coordination Measures in the Supply Chain
In this paper, we have studied the coordination modes and performance of supply chain under different product markets. The results show that, the decisions of the price and service should be coordinated with the changes of the products characteristic. Besides we invest when should the manufacturer adopt price as a coordinate measure and when should shift to the service. The results show that, the adoption of coordinate measure ups to the specific circumstance, the centralized structure is not always the best, and controlling the retailer service is a better measure to coordinate the supply chain than the price.
