A Resource-Based View of E-Commerce Supply Chain
A theory known as the resource-based view of firm suggests that resources foster organizational success. This study of e-commerce supply chain applied this theory to examine the impacts of human resources, business resources, and technology resources on e-commerce supply chain performances and firm performances. By a survey used 691 responses from manager, we found that human resources and technology resources, as well as business resources, can predict the performance of e-commerce supply chain at p<0.005, whereas technology resources can not at p<0.001.In turn, e-commerce supply chain can predicts firm performance. These findings partially support the resource-based view.
