Strategy of Teachers Educational Technical Training in the Information Age

摘要：

Under perspective of economic globalization, the role of education in national economy and social development becomes increasingly important. The principal status of teacher in scholastic education and educational reform is further revealed and explained. Strengthening teachers educational technical training and teachers professional development research as well as making teacher to truly become master of education and educational reform has become critical procedure that must be faced and solved in education reform and development of different countries in the world. Internal relation between teachers educational technical training and teachers professional development has been discussed in this paper from the angle of history and reality, at the same time, path of teachers educational technical training has been deeply revealed, conditions and mechanism of teachers educational technical training and teachers professional development have been constructed in this paper.
