The Research of Food Safety Management Problem for Liaoning Province

摘要：

Food safety issues attract national concern, most of the governments regard food safety as a national public safety, and have gave greater supervision. On September 1, 2004, the State Council of Chinese government issued The State Council on Further Strengthening the Work of food safety, which decided to take effective measures to further strengthen the food safety work. Food safety related to multibranch, multi-faceted, multi-link is a complex system engineering. In the paper, Liaoning Province, Targeting the food safety of Liaoning Province, the paper analysis the problems of food safety in Liaoning Province, through theoretical analysis and empirical research approach, the paper addressed the issue of food safety strategies and measures.
