The Research on the Problem of Customer Equity Management Based on CRM

The acquisition and maintenance of customers is the footstone of sustainable development in enterprise. Based on analysing the ideas and core thought of CRM, the paper expounds the conception of customer equity and its main value manifestation, demonstrates the premiss condition of enterprises getting customer equity and discusses the related problems about customer equity model. Finally, it puts forth the ways to operate successfully customer equity management.
