A Study on Community Participation in Rural Tourism Based on Stakeholder Theory

摘要：

It is necessary for sustainable development of rural tourism to strengthen the community participation by analysis of home and abroad experience. This paper summarizes the community participation model of rural tourism, and then analyzes the benefit appeals and the contradictories of main stakeholders of community participation in rural tourism from the following five aspects: government, community collective agency, community resident, rural tourism enterprises and rural tourists. According to the above, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
