The Innovation on Intervention Approaches of Job Burnout Among Tourism Employees
With the acceleration of occupational Competition and pressure undertaken, the job burnout rate of the tourism employees increases. It has strong theoretical value and practical significance of studying the reasons and countermeasures for job burnout of tourism employees in the context of China. This paper puts forward intervention approaches from organization, society and individuality according to the attribution of the service personnel job burnout in tourism enterprise, to alleviate or eliminate the situation of job burnout.
