Crisis Management and Safety Construction of Community

摘要：

Based on a hierarchical fuzzy analytical network approach, a new risk assessment model was proposed and established, in order to evaluate the community emergency management. In this paper, plenty of weaknesses in Chinas community crisis management were presented and discussed. From the perspective of crisis agencies, resources, capabilities and plans, etc., how to improve the community crisis management system, enhance the ability of residents in crisis response and disaster reduction, and promote harmonious community construction based on the safety community platform, were proposed.
