MANAGING RISK FACTORS IN ECO-PRODUCT DESIGN FOR EEE

This paper develops an Eco-QFD methodology to provide a framework for designing EEE (electrical and electronical equipment) Eco-products by integrating the life cycle analysis into QFD throughout the entire product development process. However, the classical QFD is not capable of handling qualitative and fuzzy information. In order to overcome the tmcertainty and the vagueness of the problem, the Eco-design product development problem was formulated as fuzzy multi-objective model based on the QFD planning.
