Selection of SAR resources based on attribute decision making

摘要：

With the full implementation of GMDSS, while there is a distress happened at sea, the co-ordinated search and rescue(SAR) operation will be launched with the minimum delay. To improve the efficiency of the rescue operation and to avoid the overspending of the rescue resources, it is necessary to judge the situation of the distress and distribute the appropriate rescue resources. This paper gives a novel approach to select the SAR resources based on attribute decision and intelligent fusion.
