Reflection on Perfecting Policy-Oriented Agricultural Insurance System
In recent years, the Chinese central government has pushed forward a series of policies, which could boost the development of agricultural insurance. Agricultural Insurance has been developed in local regions again. By ongoing it, how to exert all the participators enthusiasm, how to stimulate the farmers enthusiasm, and how to perfect agricultural insurance system becomes increasingly important. The study reviews the changes of Chinese agricultural insurance system, analyzes the achievement of the agricultural insurance policies and the limitation of the system. At the end, it brings forward some suggestions about how to make the policy-oriented agricultural insurance system perfect.
