Study on Enterprise-wide Risk Management Based on Risk Identification,Assessment and Countermeasures in China

摘要：

At present, enterprises are faced with more fierce market competition and unprecedented challenges. In this paper, the author has summarized domestic and international heavy-loss even disaster cases caused by the failure of risk management, and has systematically elaborated the concept of Enterprise-wide Risk Management (ERM) based on risk identification, assessment and countermeasures. Moreover it has briefly analyzed the differences and connections between traditional risk management and ERM. Researches on the characteristics of Chinese enterprise risk management system as well as corresponding suggestions have also been carried out.
