The Risk Control of Flying Debris Accident in Demolition Blasting

摘要：

The necessity of risk control in a demolition blasting project is proposed. A flow chart of risk control in demolition blasting is introduced. The possible accident scenarios in a demolition blasting project are listed out. As an example, the procedure of risk control for the flying debris accident scenario is analyzed in detail. Hazard identification and fault tree analysis are performed. To eliminate flying debris accident risk, fish bone analysis is applied. The content of accident risk management in flying debris accident is clarified consequently. Advice for the domestic standard of demolition blasting is proposed.
