Environmental risk assessment with inverse searching technique for the China-ASEAN Ezpo

Environmental risks were assessed from direct and indirect sources based on connection of risk sources and protection objects for the China-ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) Expo, an international trade fair. Sensitivity of objects was determined as humane oriented characteristics. Temporal and spatial sensitivities of the Expo related to the environmental risks were defined from classification and gradation. An inverse searching technique was developed to fix environmental risk. Environmental risk map produced from the inverse searching technique may serve decision making. The developed method has successfully safeguarded the China-ASEAN Expo from 2004 to 2008.
