Regional Ecological Risk Assessment for Invasive Alien Plants of Compositae in Poyang Lake Basin
Biological invasion is a serious global environmental problem. This paper, based on the theory of ERA and methods of the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) of multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM), was investigated and made a quantitative regional ecological risk assessment to 14 species alien plant invasion of Compositae distributed to Poyang lake basin in China. The results showed that the ecological risk of Ambrosia artemisiifolia, Conyza canadensis, Erigeron annuus, Ageratum conyzoides and Bidens pilosa is high (grade 1-1 ), that of Galinsoga parviflora, Crassocephalum crepidioides, Aster subulatus comes next (grade2), while Conyza sumatrensis, C. bonariensis, Solidago Canadensis, Ambrosia trifida is lower (grade 3), and Galinsoga quadriradiata, Soliva anthemifolia of the last (grade 4). Finally, it is suggested that how to management these invasive alien plants based on this study.
