The Emergency Response Management System for Earthquake Hazard in Taiwan
Currently, the emergency responses of the central and local government in Taiwan after earthquake are still lack of the evaluation of early disaster situation, integration of disaster information and emergency support management system for resource allocation. In this research we refer to earthquake emergency system in Japan and the regulations, systems, projects, procedures and actual operational experiences of emergency response in Taiwan, to cooperate with the drafted principle for loss quantification and emergency resources estimation, therefore, Earthquake Response Management System is developed to provide earthquake emergency handling for the central and local government in Taiwan to promote their capability in earthquake emergency operations and reduce the disaster damages.
