Uneven Information Diffusion and Earthquake Disaster Evaluation
Aiming at that information is often scarce and collectable data is uncompleted in the process of risk analysis and assessment on earthquake disaster, an improved uneven information diffusion method was introduced in this paper. Through this method, incomplete sample could be diffused efficiently and reasonably. And it was applied to evaluate epicenter intensity and destruction acreage with historical (1988-2001) earthquake data in Sichuan & Yunnan province. Comparing the evaluation result of this method with that of normal information diffusion method, it indicated that the uneven diffusion method could model the process of information diffusion truly and educe an outcome approaching to fact.
