Preliminary Study on Fuzzy Synthetic Valuation on Urban Underground Pipeline Emergency Preplan
Establishment, edit and improvement of emergency preplan on urban underground pipelines is a foundational and systematic work, scientific and effective emergency preplan plays an important role in emergency rescue of underground pipeline accidents. To ensure that preplan makes perfect effect, we should make an exact evaluation of underground pipeline emergency preplan. Analyzing the establishment actuality and existent problems from the aspects of integrality, maneuverability, validity and so on, we build evaluation index system of urban underground pipelines. Then we make comprehensive evaluation of preplan with fuzzy mathematics, and confirm the aspects to be strengthened and perfected. To ensure the workout of preplan to go into normalization and standardization, provide a basis for the emergency preplan judgment and examination work of our government.
