An Introduction of CRAME VI.I for Risk Analysis in Natural Disasters

In this paper, we introduce CRAME VI.1 (a model base system) for risk analysis in natural disasters, where risk is defined as a scene in the future associated with some adverse incident. It is constructed by employing the Microsoft Visual dio.NET and C# language. CRAME V1.1 integrated more than 30 professional and universal models about earthquake, typhoon, flood and fire. We give a case to show the operation of the interior-outerset model which is employed to calculate the fuzzy risk of earthquake in a region.
