Human-caused Risk Analysis in Ship Grounding Accident
Most survey findings show that a majority of ship grounding accients are ascribed to the error from human and management. In view of the complexity and randomicity of the Human-caused risk and the advantage of bayesian network for solving the problems which are intelligentized and nonlinearize, the Bayesian network for risk assessment is founded in this paper firstly; Then the eliminant algorithm and the radiate clique tree algorithm are used for inference calculation; At last the Human-caused risk assessment system in ship grounding is founded and a instance for assessmen is given to explain its validity.
