Risk Assessment of Shipping Investment Environment----Based on the Attribute Theory

摘要：

With the financial and economic development in the shipping market, shipping investments are in ever greater risks nowadays. That is mainly because of their unique characteristics such as large capital investments, long return cycle and uncertainty risk factors. We classify the risk of shipping investments under three basic factors -geographical indicators, social indicators, combination between geographic and social indicators. With the help of perspectives held by empiricism and the mathematical method of attribute theory, this paper will explore the assessment model and decision-making manner of evaluating the risk assessment of shipping investment environment
