Research on the Characteristics of Fire Distribution in City Area

摘要：

The fire distribution in city area is studied in this paper through the fire data in five years of Shushan Region in the city of Hefei. The frequencyloss distribution of city fires is found to satisfy power-law relation, which is invariant with time in the range of this study. The relation between the fire frequency and the loss of the main city fire style in the region is also studied, which is found to satisfy the same power-law distribution as the whole region and the slope of fitting straight line almost the same. Thus a reasonable prediction of the occurrence and loss of the city fire by means of such a stable power-law distribution can help to set down fire fighting policies and measures.
