An Enterprise Fire Protection Trend Assessment System Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process
Enterprise fire protection management plays an effective role in reducing major accidents. Therefore,it is of great significance to assess the management level using some measurable methods so as to provide scientific foundation for fire management and stimulate the improvement behavior.Based on the local codes and practical work, an assessment index system has been established for fire management evaluation of existing enterprises with major hazard installations.The first hierarchy factors involve seven parts,i.e.Safety Training and Fire Drill,Fire Protection Inspection, Fire Utility Supervisor,Fire Accidents Potential Correction, Fire and Electricity Safety Management,Inflammable and Explosive Material Management,Main Parts of Fire Prevention Management.On the basis of Analytic Hierarchy Process, the weight of each index is calculated with the expertsadvice, and then a rating model is presented.By applying Trend Algorithm, the dynamic change trend of an enterprise in a period Can be obviously clarified.The process of the whole assessment system shows that it may be utilized to provide information for insurance premium adjustment.Finally, a case is selected to illustrate the feasibility ofthe system.
